These Guarantee Terms apply to services purchased from Motiva Expressions LLC ("we," "our," or "us") under the Blue Haired Fitness brand. The guarantees that apply to your purchase depend on which program you enrolled in, as outlined below. To request a guarantee, contact support@bluehairedfitness.com.
1. Group Coaching and One-on-One Coaching
Group Coaching and One-on-One Coaching are backed by the same three guarantees, since both include live coaching access.
Results or Session Guarantee. If you follow the program consistently for four weeks and do not see appreciable change, you receive one additional 30-minute one-on-one coaching session at no charge. This guarantee applies to clients who have actively participated; it does not apply if program requirements were not followed.
Full Money Back Guarantee. If you complete the full 12-week program, do the required work, and genuinely feel it did not deliver, you receive a full refund. Completion and active participation are required to qualify.
Life Happens Guarantee. If something outside your control disrupts your participation, your program is extended by 10 days at no additional charge.
2. Kickstart
Kickstart includes daily accountability but no formal coaching sessions. Two guarantees apply.
Full Money Back Guarantee. If you complete all 30 days of the Kickstart program and genuinely feel it did not deliver, you receive a full refund. Completion is required to qualify.
Life Happens Guarantee. If something outside your control disrupts your participation, your program is extended by 4 days at no additional charge.
3. DIY Course
The DIY Course is self-guided and does not include access to a coach. One guarantee applies.
Full Completion Money Back Guarantee. If you complete the entire DIY Course, including all modules and required check-ins, and genuinely feel it did not deliver, you receive a full refund. Completion of the entire course is required to qualify; partial completion does not qualify.
4. General Terms
Guarantees are not transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Requesting a guarantee requires contacting us directly at the email above; guarantees are not processed automatically. We reserve the right to verify completion and participation requirements before honoring a guarantee claim.
