We provide walking-based fitness coaching services to help clients lose fat and build sustainable habits. The specific components of the service are outlined in the offer you select (e.g., Kickstart, the DIY Course, Group Coaching, or One-on-One Coaching). We provide fitness guidance and accountability; we do not provide medical, nutritional, tax, or legal advice.

2. Payment and Fees

All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are due upfront prior to the commencement of services, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed to at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3. Guarantees and Refunds

Our Group Coaching program is backed by three specific guarantees stated at the time of purchase: a Results or Session guarantee, a Full Money Back guarantee, and a Life Happens extension. Refunds are issued solely in accordance with the terms of these stated guarantees. If a guarantee condition is met, you must notify us to initiate the applicable process.

4. Client Responsibilities

The success of our service relies on your timely cooperation. You agree to provide accurate information, complete required tracking as outlined in your program, and respond promptly to our communications, including check-ins in your WhatsApp accountability group. Failure to do so may affect your results and any applicable guarantees.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms to deliver parts of our service, including WhatsApp for daily accountability, Stripe for payment processing, and scheduling and email platforms for calls and communication. We do not control the operation of these platforms and are not responsible for outages or issues on their end.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motiva Expressions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
